Featuring unbleached cotton wicks.
Performance:
Essential oil candles have a very light scent when burned and cannot be compared with a traditional fragrance candle. Please do not expect it to fill a room with scent. Our candles are ideal for individuals with sensitivities to fragrances and chemicals, those seeking to steer clear of potential toxins, and those yearning for the traditional candle ambiance with a more subtle scent.
If you do not have an extended period of time to enjoy your 3- wick candle (3 hours), we do not recommend lighting it. Unlike our smaller candles, the 3-wick design has a broader surface area, and a longer initial burn ensures the wax melts evenly, preventing tunneling.
When you light your candle for the very first time, allow it to burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the jar, creating an even surface for all future burns. Skipping this step could lead to an uneven burn and wasted wax. Please note, this could take up to 4 hours.
Wick trimming:
Unlike our wooden wicks, these wicks can become too short if over-trimmed, making it difficult to relight your candle. We recommend trimming these wicks only if they develop a mushroom shape. In that case, simply remove the mushroomed portion to ensure optimal performance.
